Launched in 2019, Luminous Beauty believes BEAUTY = ART and our mission is to help you look as good as you feel.  Founder and creator, Luz Pizarro started Luminous Beauty while on her creative journey after moving away from a fifteen-year career in the corporate world.  With a love for makeup and beauty at the center of her core as an artistic soul, Luz became brow-obsessed and decided to take her passion even further by becoming certified in semi-permanent makeup and cutting-edge body branding treatments.
